At PearlsLuxeJewels, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in offering you not only exquisite fine jewelry but also an exceptional shopping experience that reflects our values of trust, craftsmanship, and care. Each piece we design is made to be cherished for a lifetime. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
Our Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 14 days, provided the item remains in its original, unused condition.
To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:
- All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, with no scratches, marks, or signs of wear.
- Items that have been resized, customized, engraved, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
- Free gifts included with a purchase must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
- Diamond jewelry or items accompanied by a Gemstone Certificate must be returned with the original certificate. Missing certificates will incur a $300 deduction per item.
- Engraved and personalized pieces are non-refundable.
- Custom-made jewelry (including “Design Your Own” engagement rings, pendants, or earrings) may be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value, but cannot be refunded or exchanged for loose gemstones.
- Contoured wedding bands are not returnable. If unsure whether the band matches your ring, please contact us — we can send a refundable sample to help you decide.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Loose diamonds over 4 carats may be exchanged for an equal or higher-value diamond but are non-refundable.
- Appraisals, Gift Cards, and Layaway deposits are non-refundable.
- Cuban Link bracelets and necklaces may be exchanged but not refunded.
- Packages must arrive at our return facility within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- While we offer free outbound shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
The Return Process:
We’ve made returning your order as simple and secure as possible. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA):
Email our customer care team at [email protected] or contact us through our website’s support form.
Inform us that you would like to return an item, and our representative will issue you an RMA number.
Write this number clearly on your original invoice and include it in your return package.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. - Package Your Return Securely:
Pack your jewelry carefully in its original packaging, including the invoice, certificates, and accessories.
For safety reasons, please do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the box.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - Insure and Track Your Package:
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
PearlsLuxeJewels is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. - Refund Process:
Once your return has arrived at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
For wire transfer payments, refunds will be issued via company check.
Please ensure you follow the return steps precisely. Improperly packaged or uninsured returns may be refused. PearlsLuxeJewels cannot accept responsibility for losses or damages during transit.
